7~15 working days upon payment received and drawing confirmed.
Q4. What do I need to provide for making samples?
Design drawing, application environment, pantone color number, circuit drawing (if you do not have, our engineers can help to provide drawing solution for your reference)
Q5. Any set up fee will be charge for making samples?
Yes, set up fee will be reasonably charged for each new design, the amount depends on the size and complexity of product.
Q6. What is the life cycle of your products?
1,000,000+ times.
Q7. What is the minimum order quantity?
Normally 300pcs/batch, smaller quantity is available from initial statge or special cases as support.
Q8. How do you ship your products?
For small quantity recommend shipping express like DHL, TNT, FedEx, for large quantity by air or by sea are all available. We have closely cooperated forwarder agent for a better shipping rate.
Q9. Is your product certified?
Yes, our materials are compliant to ROHS, REACH etc. as per requirement.
Q10. How is your product packaged for shipment?
Polybag then in export standard carton box with EPE foam padding to safely protect products from damage caused by bumping transportation.
