This kind of position switch can be used in a variety of high-power electrical appliances. Such as electric heater, oven, etc. With 360 degree rotation, the angle between gears can be 90 / 60 / 45 degrees( It can be used as 4th, 6th and 8th gear.)

1. General parameters:
1) Applicable temperature range: - 10 ~ 90 ºC
2) Test environment: ambient temperature range: 5 ~ 35 ºC, relative humidity range: 45 ~ 80%
3) Rating: 16A 125V AC / 12a 250V AC
4) Electrical strength:
a). Contact resistance: if the test is conducted under the test specification value of micro ohmmeter (0.2v/0.1a DC), the contact resistance shall be less than 20m Ω.
b) Insulation resistance: if the test is conducted under the test specification value of insulation resistance meter (DC 500V), the insulation resistance shall be greater than 100m Ω.
C) Withstand voltage: when two terminals with different levels open circuit, they must withstand voltage through 1200V AC for 1 minute.
d) Terminal and metal shell: must pass 1200V AC withstand voltage for 1 minute.
e) Endurance test: 10000 times
5)Materials: PCB, nylon 66, brass. Random test.
