QJZ-400/1140 R/Z Mine-used Flameproof and I.S. AC Soft/Direct Starter is suitable for harsh environments such as underground coal mines, opencast coal mines and metallurgy mines. It can carry out heavy-load soft start andmagnetic start of the 3-phase induction motor at rated voltage660 V

1. The starter has both the integrated functions of mine- used vacuum electromagnetic starters and AC soft starter and its modular structure makes it easy for operation and maintenance.
2.With soft start, the starter has features such as small start current, stable and reliable start, no belt vibration, and low impact to power system
3.The starter has capacity of breaking 10 times of short-circuit current and the isolation switch also has function of breaking the motor load.
4.With advanced integrated microcomputer protection, the starter has protection functions such as short-circuit, overload, monitoring, leakage locking, phase loss. It can carry out all the operation without opening the enclosure door. With friendly man-machine interface, the LCD screen displays the running status in real time, very convenient for patrol inspection.
