1. The order normally will be shipped within 3 to7 working days upon the availability of the stock.  If there is no 

enough stock, please check with us for the earliest shipment.

4. GOFORD will try our utmost to do the proper package before shipment.  However, GOFORD cannot avoid the rude handling and damage due to the carrier's negligence.  Please check the package intact before signing and 

accept the goods.  If the package is damaged, please contact us immediately and we will provide the proof of the intact  package.

1. If you are simply unhappy with the products within one month after the receipt, you can simply return to us with intact package.  But the return freight is on customer's account. 

2. Refund will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of the goods.
